PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box comprising an outer box and an inner bag capable of being simultaneously opened. SOLUTION: The opening section (3) of the outer box (10) consists of a top plate (121) and a wide folding piece (122) extended from the edge of the top plate to a body (2). The folding piece has a strip-like opening mechanism (123) sandwiched between two parallel lateral perforations (a and b). The outer face of the inner bag is stuck to the internal face of the strip-like opening mechanism with an openable mouth (21) of the inner bag (20) parallel with the perforations.
