PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch container with a spout improved to have a bag surface resistant to getting wet with condensed moisture after taken out from a cooled state. SOLUTION: The pouch container includes a bag body having at least front and rear surfaces made of a flexible laminate film and formed into a bag shape by heat-sealing their peripheries, and a spout attached to the bag body. The laminate film includes a water absorbing layer 52 with a water absorbing property on the internal surface of a front film layer 51, has a plurality of water passage holes 6 led to the water absorbing layer 52 formed on the film layer 51, and has a hydrophilized opening peripheral surface of at least the hole 6.
