PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform loading/unloading work of a baggage without requiring much manpower. SOLUTION: A flap 14 is standingly/fallably connected to a base end of a baggage-loading platform 1. At non-usage of the baggage-loading platform 1, the flap 14 is folded and clamped between a baggage box B and the baggage-loading platform 1 in the vertical attitude. When the attitude of the baggage-loading platform 1 is changed from the vertical attitude to the horizontal attitude for usage of the baggage-loading platform 1, the flap 14 is stood. In the state that the baggage-loading platform 1 is in the horizontal attitude and is positioned at floor surface height of the baggage box B, the flap 14 is laid on the floor surface b1 of the baggage box B by manually standing/falling the flap 14 from the standing state. Thereby, the floor surface b1 and the baggage-loading platform 1 are connected by the flap 14. In the state that the flap 14 is laid on the floor surface b1 of the baggage box B, the baggage-loading platform 1 descends from the floor surface height of the baggage box B in the horizontal attitude.
