PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishhook readily catching fishes by solving a problem in which specific gravity of the fishhook is further heavier than that of water (freshwater or seawater). SOLUTION: A material (2) having buoyancy is attached to a body (1) of a conventional fishhook and specific gravity of fishhook in water is brought close to that of water by adjustment of the amount of the material to reduce the weight of the fishhook in water.
