A wireless transmitting device for use in communication with a wireless receiving device with a wireless packet, includes a plurality of antennas, and a signal generator to generate a signal for a wireless packet to be transmitted. The wireless packet includes an automatic gain control (AGC) preamble sequence and data transmitted by using a plurality of subcarries from the plurality of antennas. The AGC preamble sequence includes a frequency component in which a value at a time "t" of a signal in a time domain of the AGC preamble sequence transmitted from an i<SUB>Tx</SUB>-th antenna (where i<SUB>Tx</SUB>=1, 2, 3, . . . ) is different for each of the antennas.
