The invention relates to a prosthetic device (30), in particular a prosthetic foot for the care of leg amputees. Said device comprises a cardan joint unit (32), which is coupled to a shaft (34) comprising a tread device (40, 42). The aim of the invention is to simulate more accurately the natural gait of a healthy human foot.
