A cab-mount control device (50) for a variable damping cab-mount (30) supporting the cab of construction machinery, comprising a state change detecting means (51) for detecting the state change of a cab, a stationary component separating means (59) for estimating a stationary component having a maximum amplitude from the detection results by the state change detecting means (51) and removing it from the detection results, a state amount estimating means (56) for estimating the shaking of the cab based on the detection results minus the stationary component removed by the stationary component separating means (59), a damping force computing means (57) for computing a damping force allowed to take place on the cap-mount (30) based on the estimation results by the state amount estimating means (56), and a command output transmitting means (58) for producing a control command to a variable damping cab-mount (31) based on the damping force computed by the damping force computing means (57) and outputting and transmitting it to the variable damping cab-mount.
