The wall elements rest by the lower ends thereof on bearing beams ( 20 ) which include a heating system ( 30 ) producing sufficient amount of heat at the level of a cavity ( 13 ) between panels ( 11 ) of the wall ( 10 ), ceiling ( 40 ) and roof elements ( 50 ) in order to compensate at least partially, in particular fully, the heat lost during the passage thereof through the external wall of the building, thereby reducing to zero or close thereto a heat leakage through the external walls and/or roof elements ( 50 ) of the building. |
