The device has a vertical plate indicator (4) of wind direction, and masts provided with a revolving pivot for assembly of the plate. A laminar body (5) is defined in superior end passages. A horizontal crosspiece is fixed to a vertical plate. One of the masts has a clamp fixed on golf woods. Another mast includes a bowl (13) assembled in a playground by utilizing a vertical post (8) and a reinforcement socket (9).
