The invention relates to the by-product coke industry and concerns producing coke in beehive ovens. The method comprises forming the layer of coal charge uniform in the height in the coking the chamber, which layer is disposed with an inclination in the direction of unloading at the angle corresponding to the angle of natural skew of this charge, coking the charge, incineration of volatile chemical products of coking, unloading the coke. The invention allows to simplify the technology, considerably reduce the working areas.
