PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device having excellent cooling efficiency and sealing performance. SOLUTION: The sealing device for the gas turbine is provided with a pair of flow passage constitution members 1, 2 arranged such that side parts 11, 12 are opposed to each other through a clearance 10 and partitioning an operation fluid flow passage 4 and a cooling fluid flow passage 3; two pair of grooves 51, 52, 61, 62 provided on the side parts 11, 12 of the flow passage constitution members 1, 2 respectively so as to be opposed to each other through the clearance 10; a seal plate 6 laid on the grooves 61, 62 at the operation fluid flow passage 4 side; an impingement plate 5 laid on the grooves 51, 52 at the cooling fluid flow passage 3 side and having a plurality of impingement cooling holes 53 provided at a position of the clearance 10.
