摘要 A lifting assembly for a transfer robot is provided to transfer a workpiece to another process stage by preventing a plurality of workpieces from being clamped by the transfer robot at a time. A lifting assembly for a transfer robot comprises a shock absorbing member fixed to a front end of an arm shaft of the transfer robot, and an electromagnetic force generation block(180) for generating electromagnetic suction force under the control of a controller. An upper plate(110) is provided at an upper portion of the shock absorbing member and a support plate(120) is provided at a lower portion of the shock absorbing member. A lower plate(150) is installed below the support plate and a guide bar(140) is interposed between the lower plate and the support plate. A push-pull air cylinder(160) is errectly installed on the support plate.
