An automatically activated quality measurement procedure to record the cause of a disturbance recognises the disturbance start, and automatically activates recording of data (Dpm) on an effect such as network (KN) element (NE) signal to noise ratio reduction and transmits it to a diagnosis application (ILDA). Independent claims are included for a computer program product implementing the procedure.
