PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescent light emitting display apparatus is provided to enhance light emitting efficiency by filling an air gap between a protective film and a sealing substrate with a high-refractive organic material. CONSTITUTION: An organic electro-luminescent light emitting display apparatus includes lower and upper dielectric substrates. A light emitting element is formed on a lower dielectric substrate(200). The upper dielectric substrate(260) includes a high-refractive organic material layer and a diffraction lattice. The upper dielectric substrate encloses the lower dielectric substrate. The light emitting element and the upper dielectric substrate are completely bonded with each other by the high-refractive organic material(280). |
