<p>A prosthetic plugging implant (1), to be located by laparotomy (preferably using a tube), consists of a stack of first prosthetic sheet(s) (2) of porous textile and second prosthetic sheet(s) (2) of composite comprising porous textile externally coated with non-stick material, where all of the sheets are bonded to each other in a central zone (5), the first sheets are to be located transparietally and the first sheets are to be located preperitoneally or intraperitoneally. An independent claim is included for a ready-for-use plugging combination consisting of an introduction tube, a pusher and an implant as above, where the first sheets are inside and the second sheets are outside and transverse to the direction of the tube, the center of the pusher being enclosed by the first sheets folded and centered on the central part of the implant.</p> |
