METHOD FOR CLEANING OF CASTINGS OF PRECISION CASTING

Invention relates to the field of foundry production. The method for cleaning of castings of precision casting includes the electric hydropulse working of castings in preheated liquid working medium represented by aqueous 30-40 % solution of surfactant heated to the temperature of 60-70 DEGREE C, which belongs to the class of dispersers. Invention allows to reduce the cycle of traditional cleaning of precision casting for 2-3 times, and to exclude the use of substances harmful for the environment.
