A medical polymeric preparation contains the polymer with end isocyanate groups, macro-chain extenders and medicaments. As polymer it contains polyurethane being obtained by an interaction of compounds with two or more than two active atoms of hydrogen, toluylenediisiisocyanate or aromatic or aliphatic isocyanates, tin of organic or amine type of catalysts and mixtures thereof, water, antiinflamatory and immune stimulating agents.
