The proposed digital unit for measuring radio frequencies contains a high-frequency oscillator, a measuring oscillating LC circuit with a voltage-controlled capacitor, which is connected to the oscillator via an inductive coupling element, a high-frequency voltage signal amplifier, a detector, a pulse generator, two programmable read-only memory units, a recording unit, a digital-to-analog converter, an adder, a unit for determining a signal extremum in the measuring circuit, a pulse counter, and a time delay element. The control input of the pulse generator is connected to the input of the proposed unit via a start button, and the output is connected to the control inputs of the first read-only memory unit and the digital-to-analog converter, to the gate input of the unit for determining a signal extremum via the time delay element
