PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical instrument which facilitates the adjustment of positional relationship between operating and treating parts. SOLUTION: A drive bar 12 is provided with at least two drive shaft structural members 12a and 12b on the side of the treating part 6 and on the side of the operating part 8. Opposed end parts of the drive shaft structural members 12a and 12b are connected while a tubular adjusting member 60 is arranged to change the interval between the end parts. The opposed end parts of the two drive shaft members 12a and 12b are provided respectively with right and left screws 64 and 62. The internal wall of the adjusting member 60 is provided with screw hole parts 66 and 68 to be screwed with the screws 62 and 64 and the adjusting member 60 is turned about the axis of a shaft-like part 4 to be advanced or retracted in the direction opposite to each other between the two drive shaft structural members 12a and 12b. |
