PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retail power monitor and control system, capable of providing high reliability communication, which collects data of the amount of power generation of a generator and the amount demanded by consumers via a frame relay network. SOLUTION: A computation device 314 of the retail power monitor control system 300 computes the control value of the generator 10. The sending part 312 of the retail monitor control system 300 sends a signal for indicating the control value to a receiving power 110 of a generator control executing device 100. The sending part 112 of the generator control executing device 100 sends a signal, indicating the control values received by the receiving part 110, back to the receiving part 310 thereof. The checking part 316 of the retail power monitor control device 300 comparatively verifies the signal of indicating the control value sent by the sending part 312 with the signal of indicating the control value received by the receiving part 310. |
