<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with teaching, save trouble and shorten the sorting work time to the utmost by creating and outputting a sorting program for moving and positioning commands of a suction transport means for the individual parts. SOLUTION: An operator inputs an instruction for creating a machining and sorting program through a keyboard 103a. A main control part 102 calls a first sub-program SPR1 saved in a program memory 107 and the program is executed by a part and robot information register control part 115. In the actual suction transport, many pads are selectively on-off controlled in the form of suitably generating sucking force to parts by the machining and sorting program KSP using pad information PJ. Thus, it is not necessary to conduct such complicated work by a worker that an operator performs pad on-off setting while confirming the actual part and the position of the pad in a transport job site in the past.</p> |
