An automatic credit loan settlement method, a system and a recording medium of real-time mobility deposit are provided to process credit repayment firstly before transferring is performed from other products that a customer registers as automatic transferring, when the customer conducts mobility deposit on an automatic transferring account. An information storage unit connects automatic credit loan settlement agreement information for processing credit repayment first, and stores the connected information in a predetermined storage medium. A money collection confirming unit(1017) confirms whether money collection processing occurs for an automatic credit loan settlement account. A mobility deposit confirming unit(1019) confirms whether predetermined money is mobility-deposited to the automatic account. A preferential-transferring processor(1015) executes preferential transferring to pay back credit loan money with the deposited money. |
