A system for providing an avatar, growing correspondingly to a driving pattern by using the GPS and a method thereof is provided to collect a driving record of a driver using the GPS not a motion sensor and represent the synthetic driving pattern. A system for providing an avatar, growing correspondingly to a driving pattern comprises the followings: a generating unit(10) storing travel information of a vehicle in travel information DB; an analysis section unit(30) storing the information in a driving pattern DB after analyzing the travel information; an abatar growing unit(60) storing a growing level of a calculated abatar in an abatar growing DB; and a display operating unit(80) displaying the information visually. |
