Telematics emergency calls by sending a SMS and setting up a telephone connection

A calling line identification (CLI) is detected for an incoming telephone connection in a call center system (CCS) so as to be synchronized. A mobile subscriber identity (MSID) is detected from a data packet stored in a service system. The CLI for an incoming language link in the CCS is converted into a synchronizing answer-back code in an MSID format. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) A device for handling tele-data-processing emergency calls with a call center system; (B) and for software to be loaded into a computer to carry out a method for handling tele-data-processing emergency calls; (C) and for a data carrier with a data structure according to the present invention.
