A blend for the preparation of winy fruit beverage based on cognac contains aqueous-alcoholic liquid of rectified ethyl alcohol and treated potable water, aqueous-alcoholic tincture of the tormentil root, carbohydrates (sugar). Additionally it contains fruit wine materials, juice-containing components in the form of fermented-fortified or concentrated fruit juices, or fruit extracts, or theirs mixture, cognac, food citric acid and for the intensification of aroma - food aromatizer. |
