A method for water self-massage comprises the formation of a pulse vacuum cup in a bath, filled with water. The pulse vacuum cup is formed by vertical waveforms of a human body in the bath, filled with water, with maximal permissible level of water replenishment of the bath not higher than one half of human body volume, when a body is on the back in the bath. The amplitude of vertical waveforms is maintained within the limits of the contact of the body with a surface of water mirror in the bath, not allowing the separation of the body from water mirror surface, where the waveform frequency depends on a human state of health. |
