FIELD: weaponry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to small arms, in particular, to the design of small arms muzzle adapters. The proposed muzzle adapter comprises a case, a separator with a bore comprising baffles, a coupling with a fastener for it to be jointed to the aforesaid gun fastener and to interact with the aforesaid case. The separator is furnished with an aligning element interacting with the gun actuator. Baffles represent consecutively arranged elements to form expansion chambers. The separator baffle represents a truncated hollow cone with a bore and with the flanging of the said cone larger base representing a flat ring. The aforesaid ring is furnished with flat-site ledges, the flat sites being designed to rest upon the flat ring on the nest baffle in assembling the baffles. ^ EFFECT: high sound suppression, reduced blow-back and eliminated muzzle explosion. ^ 7 cl, 6 dwg |
