A reactor for producing metals and alloys contains body, plasmatrones and blocs for metal and slag discharge are located in the lower part thereof, and in upper part dosing hopper, tuyeres for supplying hydrocarbons, gas outlet and also mechanism rotation around the horizontal axis and additional gas branch pipes are disposed. At that the dosing hopper is made with the perforated inclined walls, forming the gas collector with the walls of the body, and gas branch pipes are entered thereto. The dosing hopper is made air-tight and heat-insulated against the environment and is equipped with perforated cone. The reactor is equipped with blade mixer with hollow drive shaft encompassing the rod of the perforated cone. |
