A TUYERE HEAD

A tuyere head contains concentrically disposed central, intermediate and external connecting pipes which form the circuits for gas admission, admission and discharge the cooling water, multiple nozzles block made of continuous forging for the forming gas jets, in which radial admission and withdrawing channels between nozzles for the passing the coolant agent are made. At the center of block there is the vertical discharge channel with a tap, with which radial lower admission and upper discharge channels between nozzles are connected. Discharge channels are equipped with discharge tubes for passing the coolant agent from the nozzle block in the circuit between external and intermediate the connecting pipes. The intermediate connecting pipe is disposed with a gap to the internal surface of peripheral area of the nozzle block.
