A PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF HIGH TEMPERATURE CHEMICAL-RECOVERY HEAT CARRIER OF COAL-TAR PITCH

A process for the preparation of high temperature chemical-recovery heat carrier from the coal-tar pitch while in the process rectification thereof the absorbing fraction containing dyphenyl and diphenyloxide is taken. In the process of distillation of coal-tar pitch the extended fraction with the temperature of boiling of 230-320 DEGREE C is taken; this fraction consists of absorbing fraction with the temperature of boiling of 230-270 DEGREE C, acenaphtene fraction with the temperature of boiling of 270-280 DEGREE C and high-boiling remainder with the temperature of boiling, greater than 280 DEGREE C, being got free of phenol, and subjected for 1-10 days to the heat treatment at the temperature of 120-200 DEGREE C, precipitated, cooled, and the sludge oil tar is isolated.
