A method for sorting sperm and a method for producing the mammal having a specific sex is provided, which is stable and improves efficiency. A method for producing the mammal having a specific sex comprises: a step of collecting sperm from the male kind of a mammal; a step of classifying a plurality of sperms using the ISH(In Situ Hybridization) analysis; a step of injecting the sorted sperm in the cytoplasm of the ovum of mammal and fertilizing artificially; and a step of producing mammal of an intended sex.
