A manufacturing method of the high intensity transparent structure of tile water using the resin concrete is provided that the water does not flow the superficial layer and the water flows to the inner side and lower part of tile. A high intensity transparent tile structure using the resin concrete comprises a concavo-convex(4) formed in one among the iron material, timber, and plastic structure, and a water flowing hole(2). The tile structure is completed as the epoxy resin primer is coated on the iron material, timber, and plastic structure and the resin concrete mortar is poured and hardened at the outer side of structure.
