The airlift - dredge unit for lifting bulk material from water reservoirs has pipeline for compressed air supply to mixing chamber placed over the soil receiver at the vertical suction pipe with branch pipe for pulp inlet to the inclined receiving trough; at that the vertical suction pipe named is installed on floating means with possibility of control of position in depth along the vertical axis. The unit is equipped with stem with jet-forming nozzle, this is placed on vertical suction pipe with possibility of displacement and fixation of height of placement in working position. The vertical suction pipe is installed at the floating means with possibility of controlled swinging -turn movement within the limits of plane angle.
