A PCB mounting structure and electronic products comprising the same is provided to allow a user to separate a PCB easily by using a hook and reduce the number of a process. A printed circuit board mounting assemble comprises a guide slot(115) and a pair of the hooks(120). A guide slot is formed due to a guide rib(111) while being equipped between the first and second rib(112,113). The guide slot is materially formed longer than into the longitudinal direction of a guide boss(110). The both ends of a printed circuit board(140) are inserted at the guide slot. A pair of hooks is equipped at the rear side of a casing(100). The Hook fixes the printed circuit board in which both ends is inserted into the guide slot and be slid, and hook is in opposite to a straight line a guide boss.
