A wood panel mold manufacturing method is provided to reduce the volume of a panel when carrying a panel and to easily change the size of a panel when assembling/dismantling. In a wood panel mold manufacturing method, a user changes the size of a panel when reassembling after separating a variable wood panel. The panel is manufactured to be assembled/dismantled and to be easily carried/loaded. The panel is formed by integrally forming square timbers after manufacturing square timbers of a ladder shape.
