An organic electroluminescent display device is provided to prevent the deterioration of an organic light-emitting device and improve the reliability of a device by blocking the route in which the adsorption of the moisture is generated. An organic electroluminescent display device comprises a substrate(200), an organic light-emitting device, a hygroscopic layer(280), an insulating film(285) and a metallic board(290). The organic light-emitting device comprises: a first electrode(250) and a second electrode(275) formed on the substrate and an organic layer(270) including a light-emitting layer. The hygroscopic layer is arranged at regular intervals. The insulating film is formed in the empty space of organic layer and the hygroscopic layer on the substrate. The metallic board is adhered with the insulating film and covers the organic light-emitting device and the hygroscopic layer. |
