The present invention refers to a type of disposable tablecloth, which includes an elastic band to be quickly fixed to any type of table, the tablecloth also having ornaments and skirts. In another embodiment, once the invention has accomplished its purpose it may be used as a rubbish bag for disposing the whole articles located thereon, since the tablecloth has straps. When the tablecloth is placed over the table, the elastic bands are quickly adjusted thereto, the bands remaining hidden, as well as the table legs, under the skirts having pleasing designs. Once the tablecloth has been used for protecting and ornamenting a table, the skirts thereof may be raised and the straps closed about the articles located over the table, thereby practically taking out the disposable articles in a rubbish bag in a costless, comfortable and quick manner.
