A payment system using a mobile communication terminal and a payment method thereof are provided to guarantee the stability of commercial transaction by offering the payment place and use history. A location tracking sever(134) receives an identification number which a user inputs through a web page which the web service server(110) provides to trace a mobile communication terminal corresponding to the identification number. By using the mobile communication terminal, a payment authentication server(132) authenticates the payment. A DB server(136) records the tracked location and authenticated payment money in a database together with time information.
