PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition having high adhesion to a substrate under an environment of an ordinary temperature, and under that of a high temperature and high humidity, and excellent in transparency, light resistance and water resistance. SOLUTION: This curable composition comprises a polyvinyl acetal compound (A) with an ethylenic double bond, and a compound (B) with at least one (meth)acryloyl group and an oxygen-containing heterocyclic structure.
