FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of metal deformation process and can be used for manufacturing of products with increased radial stiffness. Punch is implemented in the form of matrix and puncheon. Puncheon allows ability of alternate motion for breakdown in the strip with defined pitch and perpendicularly to its axis of holes from driver. Driver contains electric motor, texrope drive and reducer, with fixed end on output shaft by eccentric for actuation through puncheon pusher. For implementation of return movement of puncheon it is provided compression spring. Coiler rolls allow ability of influence upon strip for profile shaping, defined by quadric curve. ^ EFFECT: products improvement. ^ 1 dwg |
