In a sheer separation process to prepare a textile warp a number of belts are wound separately onto a rotating sheer drum, each formed by a number of threads that are simultaneously removed by a creel. During removal process each belt is thickness is split in two. A master section is created in one belt and a winding pattern is detected, which value regulates the winding pattern in the master section. The master section is that part of the first belt closest to the interior. The increase in thickness of the sections is regulated by a pressure drum. If the increase in thickness is inadequate the pressure drum is relaxed. |
