FIELD: tobacco industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the technology of tobacco refuse processing. The method for producing reconstituted tobacco is implemented as follows: strawberry waste is extracted with liquid carbon dioxide and its miscella is separated. The tobacco material is mixed with a non-polar liquefied gas and then extracted. Then the tobacco material is shredded by relieving periodically the pressure in the extraction mixture below the pressure of the extractant moist steam at extraction temperature. Its miscella and meal are thereafter separated and an extract is taken from the miscella. The meal is suspended in an aqueous solution of an edible acid. An edible polyatomic alcohol is introduced into the suspension. The suspension is formed, dried to a residual humidity of 13-15%, cut, treated with the gas-liquid tobacco extract and separated CO2 miscella by raising simultaneously the pressure, then relieving the pressure to atmospheric one by freezing simultaneously the soaked up carbon dioxide and the latter is sublimed to obtain a target product in the residue. ^ EFFECT: improved organoleptical properties of the reconstituted tobacco and shortened duration of the technological process. |
