[1,3,4]OXADIAZOLO[2Æ,3Æ:2,3]PYRIMIDO[1,6-A]BENZIMIDAZOLE DERIVATIVES AND PROCESS FOR PREPARATION THEREOF

The invention relates to organic chemistry, in particular to derivatives of novel heterocyclic system [1,3,4]oxadiazolo[2Æ,3Æ:2,3]pyrimido[1,6-a]benzimidazoles of the general formula , wherein R1 = CH3; R2 = Ar, Het; R3 = CF3; and a process for preparation thereof. The novel compounds may be used as physiologically active preparations, analytic reactants as well as parent substances for synthesis of formerly unknown substances. The process for preparation of end substances consists in interaction of 2-acetonyl-1H-benzimedazole acylhydrazones with trifluoroacetic anhydride at 15-20 DEGREE C in organic solvent (e.g. dioxane).
