ENDOPROSTHESIS OF BLOOD VESSEL FOR ENDOVASCULAR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF ABDOMINAL AORTA ANEURISMS

The endoprosthesis of the blood vessel for endovascular surgical treatment of abdominal aorta aneurisms contains the tubular envelope made of blood-proof material and the fixing elements attached to the envelope inside in the proximal, middle, and distal areas. The fixing elements are designed as the interconnected zigzag elastic coils broadening radially. Furthermore, the endoprosthesis contains the spikes, which are sharpened and bent outwards. The spikes are mounted onto the proximal fixing element. The latter is designed with the coils of varying height alternating throughout the circle of the fixing element. The legs with the pins are attached to the higher coils exceeding 1.5-2.5-fold the height of the lesser ones.
