The proposed OR logic element contains three diodes, four resistors, and a field-effect transistor. The terminal of the anode of the first diode is connected to the terminal of the anode of the second diode. The terminal of the first resistor is connected to the terminal of the second resistor. The terminal of the anode of the third diode is connected to the point of the connection of the anodes of the first and the second diodes, to the terminal of the third resistor, and to the gate of the field-effect transistor. The drain of the field-effect transistor is connected to the point of the connection of the terminals of the first and the second resistors and to the terminal of the fourth resistor.
