The proposed thin-film solar cell contains a transparent film substrate made of organic material. The substrate contains metallic electrode layers, an In2O3:SnO2 semiconductor layer with n-type conductivity, an InP semiconductor layer with p-type conductivity alloyed with zinc, and a zinc layer between the InP semiconductor layer and the metallic electrode layer. The proposed solar element is distinctive by its improved performance and increased efficiency.
