Invention relates to the railroad transport facilities, which move on the tracks of variable width. A railroad pair of wheels contains mobile wheels, axle and the mechanism of change of the position of wheels along the axle. Said mechanism is executed in the form of figured mobile levers evenly located around the axle, cylindrical tail pieces of which by one side rest on the spring-loaded abutment located in the axle, and by the second side they enter into cylindrical grooves executed in the boss of railroad wheel. Said levers are equipped withlimiters, which are executed with possibility of interaction with appropriate grooves located on the axle for locking of the wheel on the axle in two positions. Invention allows to decrease the transfer time of the transport facilities to the track of another width.
