<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a green body for ceramic excellent in heat stability and capable of giving high strength by firing and a ceramic product using the same at the time of reutilizing a vitreous raw material such as a waste glass or the like as a raw material of the ceramic by blending at least the vitreous raw material, a clayey raw material and a non-melting raw material not melting in a firing process of the ceramic. SOLUTION: The mixing ratio of the green body for ceramic is 1-85 pts.wt. in the vitreous raw material, 5-70 pts.wt. in the clayey raw material and 1-30 pts.wt. in the non-melting raw material. Further feldspar, a pottery stone or the like can be blended in the composition and contains in a quantity of 1-70 pts.wt. as the mixing ratio. The average particle diameter of the green body raw material is desirably 1-50μm At least a part of the vitreous raw material is the waste glass and as the non-melting material, a compound having a high melting point such as aluminum oxide, zirconium oxide or the like is used.</p> |
