ELEMENT OF A DOUBLE-LAYER WINDING OF A COMMUTATOR ELECTRIC MACHINE

The proposed element of a double-layer winding of a commutator electric machine is distinctive by that the section between two branches of the end part of the winding is produced by bending the conductor as a coil. The axis of the coil is perpendicular to the plane that passes through the longitudinal axis of the machine and the bisector of the angle between two branches of the front end part of the winding. The radius of the coil is equal to or exceeds the thickness of the insulation layer of the winding. The coil angle is equal to half of the angle between two branches of the front end part of the winding.
