A composition for enhancing exercise ability, fatigue recovery and antioxidation activity is provided to increase exercise capability and suppress the accumulation. A composition for enhancing exercise ability, fatigue recovery and antioxidation activity comprises leaf extract of Panax sp. plant and its processed material. A method for producing leaf extract of Panax sp. plant and its processed material comprises: a step of reflux-extracting leaves of Panax plant to obtain leaf extract; a step of adding water and acetic acid and stirring at 60-100‹C to obtain processed material of leaf extract; and a step of mixing leaf extract of Panax sp. plant and processed material.
